This policy explains what information PrintLB collects when you use our website and ordering service, how we use it, and the choices you have. By placing an order you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Order details — your name, phone number (WhatsApp), delivery address, and city, so we can produce and deliver your order and keep you updated.
- Uploaded files — the 3D models (STL/OBJ) you upload, which we store securely in order to quote and print them.
- Order & payment status — what you ordered, the price, chosen payment method (cash on delivery or Whish), and delivery status. We do not collect or store card numbers.
How we use your information
- To calculate quotes, produce your parts, and deliver your order.
- To contact you about your order (confirmations and delivery updates), usually by WhatsApp.
- To improve pricing accuracy and our service quality.
Sharing your information
To fulfil your order we share the minimum necessary information with:
- Print partners — the model file and print specifications needed to produce your part.
- Delivery couriers — your name, address, phone, and the amount to collect (for cash on delivery).
We never sell your personal data, and we don't share your uploaded designs beyond what is needed to fulfil your order.
Your 3D files
Your uploaded models are stored in private cloud storage and are only accessible to our team and the print partner assigned to your order. We treat your designs as confidential and do not reuse, publish, or resell them.
Data storage & security
Order data is stored in a managed database and files in private object storage, both hosted with reputable cloud providers. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, though no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your uploaded files and personal details after your order is complete.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at hello@printlb.com and we'll respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
